Key Information

Our exhibition is an annual exhibition, celebrating the best of everything in model railways, vehicles, boats and planes. Our 2020 exhibition will be held on Saturday 15th August 2020. Our exhibition will be open between 10:00AM and 5:00PM.

The exhibition will open at 10:00AM and will close at 5:00PM, although last admission will strictly be at 4:30PM. 

Tickets for the exhibition cost £6 for adults, £4 for seniors and £1 for children (under 5’s are free).

We are excited to announce that we have moved the exhibition to it’s new home. This year, it will be held at the Three Rivers Academy,  Hersham Road, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 5PY, Surrey.

By Car:
Take J10 on the M25, for A3 Northbound. Take the A245 exit. Leave the roundabout at the 1st exit, then take the 1st right onto Seven Hills Road  (B365). At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Burwood Road. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Westcar Lane and then the 3rd exit onto Queensway at the next roundabout. At the traffic lights take a left onto Robinsway, and then take the 3rd right for Three Rivers Academy. Postcode for sat-navs: KT12 5PY. There is free parking on site.
Car and pedestrian entrance to the venue is from Hersham Road ONLY. 

By Train: 
Depart at Walton-on-Thames Railway Station.
There will be a free shuttle bus between Walton-on-Thames Railway Station (outside Platform 1) and the venue.
Alternatively, Hersham Railway Station is situated 1 mile from the venue.

By Bus: 
Local service 555 stops near the venue. Alternatively, 458 and 555 stops at Walton-on-Thames Railway Station, where you can change for our free shuttle bus.

Yes, there is a large car park available at the venue. There will be signs advising the way to the entrance of the exhibition from the car park.

Yes, there will be a free shuttle bus operating throughout the day between Walton-on-Thames Railway Station and the venue. Please note, the bus driver will not be able to make any stops apart from at these two locations. 
Please check back nearer the time for the shuttle bus timetable.

Yes, the whole venue is step free so the exhibition is perfect for families with buggies and people with reduced mobility alike!
